Defective goods from point of manufacture are accepted for return and will be exchanged for an item in good working condition, purchaser is to cover all return postage or transportation costs relating to the return of such items.
Receipt of goods which vary in application from those directly described within the selected products advertisement and as printed on your invoice are accepted for return and will be replaced with the appropriate part required, if the purchase price varies between applications, you are required to cover any additional difference in cost of the item. In the event the required replacement is of a lower cost, we will refund the difference.
Returns of defective or incorrect parts will warrant an exchange for the equivalent item in good order or of appropriate application, refunds will be issued where a replacement is not available.
We do not accept returns or refunds due to change of mind or preference, it is your responsibility to purchase the items you require.
While we take great care to package all orders to prevent damage during postage, sometimes accidents can occur which are out of our control. Dr Drift will not be held responsible for any damages resulting from postage & transportation of purchased items, such damage is the sole responsibility of either Australia Post or the Courier / Transportation company making delivery. We recommend if you require postage insurance for your items, please select the added insurance option within the checkout process.
